Anti-HBs
Anti-HBs is a blood test that looks for antibodies your immune system makes against the hepatitis B virus. These antibodies appear after successful vaccination or after recovering from a past infection.
A positive Anti-HBs result indicates protection against hepatitis B, which is reassuring and useful to know before travel or certain procedures. A low or negative result may suggest you are not immune, in which case vaccination can be discussed with your doctor.
