Imaging
Chest X-ray
A Chest X-ray is a quick, low-dose imaging test that produces a picture of the lungs, heart and surrounding structures. It is painless and is a standard part of many comprehensive health assessments.
The image can help detect changes in the lungs, such as signs of infection or other conditions, and gives a general impression of heart size. While it cannot show everything, a Chest X-ray is a useful first look that can guide whether further imaging is needed.
