What to Expect in a One-Day Check-up

June 3, 2026 · 5 min read

A well-organized check-up program is designed to be smooth and comfortable. Knowing what to expect helps you get the most out of your visit.

Before you arrive

Please come fasting, stopping food 10 to 12 hours before your appointment. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol and smoking. You may drink water as needed. You do not need to stop chronic medication; take morning doses after blood is drawn. Bring a list of your medications and any previous results.

During the day

A typical day combines a doctor consultation, laboratory analysis and radiological assessments. Where relevant, results are compared with previous years to highlight meaningful changes and risks.

After your check-up

Your results are reviewed with you. If everything is normal, you receive guidance on staying healthy. If a finding needs attention, you are directed to the right specialist for follow-up.
